• All students have access to Microsoft Office 365 Production Suite which includes professional applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, One Drive, Sway.

• All students and faculty members have access to Microsoft Cloud One Drive

• EPS teachers have the flexibility to go paperless with our two learning management systems Blackboard Learn and Microsoft Teams.

• EPS also provides teacher's classroom management tools via "Light Speed Classroom
Orquestrator" where students can be monitored to ensure they are always on task for effective
instruction.

• All classrooms in The EPS benefit from Starboard / Smartboard technology

• Parents /Guardians play an integral role in the success of every student. It is imperative to keep open lines of communication between the school and parents, that is where PowerSchool plays a significant role providing parents with the "Student Information System" (Sis). EPS Parents have 24/7 access to their child’s academic process with PowerSchool.

• The EPS Instructional Technology Team provides community outreach training for PowerSchool by providing parents with the passwords to access PowerSchool and in-depth training.

• The EPS IT Dept provides support via our systems and hardware to approximately 30,000 users including students, teachers/ professional staff, administrators and support staff.
