    strives to provide
    continuous assistance to our stake holders at all levels.

    Support is provided to:

    • Teachers and professional staff

    • Support staff

    • Administrative staff

    • Students

    • Business offices

    • Plant and Property Dept.

    As a means of providing support to all our stake holders the EPS-IT Help-Desk provides an online application for all users to open and record a helpdesk ticket, obtaining a ticket number to track the incident. In addition, our helpdesk personnel is available for support by direct call access to our technical support staff providing “single point of contact” (SPOC) between users and IT support.
