Elizabeth Board of Education member Stephanie Goncalves Pestana visited Joseph Battin School No. 4 Annex to attend a luncheon honoring the school’s teachers in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week. During her visit, she stopped by classrooms to speak with students and personally express her gratitude to their teachers. Joining Goncalves at the luncheon to recognize the outstanding daily efforts of School No. 4A teachers were School Business Administrator Harold E. Kennedy, Jr. and Assistant Superintendent of Schools Rafael A. Cortes, Jr.
