As part of his President’s Tour, Elizabeth Board of Education President Stanley J. Neron visited Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. School No. 52. During his visit, he took the time to engage with students and team members as well as participate in Read Across America activities, which including reading to several groups of preschool students. Among those who joined him on the tour were Elizabeth Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Olga Hugelmeyer and EPS Chief of Operations Francisco Cuesta, who also took part in the Read Across America festivities, as well as EPS Assistant Superintendent Rafael Cortes.
