Elizabeth Public Schools celebrated the Thomas Jefferson Arts Academy graduating Class of 2024 commencement and class awards ceremony at the Thomas G. Dunn Sports Center on June 25. Among the speakers and attendees at the ceremony were Elizabeth Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, Elizabeth Board of Education President Charlene Bathelus, Board Vice President Stanley Neron, EPS Superintendent Dr. Olga Hugelmeyer, EPS Assistant Superintendent Judy Finch Johnson, Jefferson Arts Academy Principal Dr. Mona Wanis, Jefferson Arts Academy Senior Class Advisor and Performing Arts Teacher Sandra Toll, class valedictorian Renee Gomez, and class salutatorian Jayden Rivera.
