Elizabeth Public Schools celebrated the J. Christian Bollwage Finance Academy graduating Class of 2023 commencement and class awards ceremony at the Thomas G. Dunn Sports Center on June 23. Among the speakers at the ceremony were Elizabeth Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, State Assemblyman Reginald W. Atkins, Elizabeth Board of Education President Iliana Chevres, Elizabeth Board of Education member Jerry Jacobs, EPS Superintendent Olga Hugelmeyer, EPS Assistant Superintendent Judy Finch Johnson, Bollwage Finance Academy Principal John J. Byrne, class valedictorian Jonathan Villegas, and class salutatorian Stephanie Palma Padilla.
