On May 16, Elizabeth Board of Education President Iliana Chevres visited the Transportation department as part of her ongoing President’s Tour of district schools and administrative offices. Board President Chevres was given a detailed tour of the offices and operations of the Transportation Department and witnessed new technology being implemented for student transportation for the upcoming school year. She also had the opportunity to meet and speak with some of Elizabeth Public Schools’ bus drivers and transportation team members.
