On Thursday, March 23, 2023, Board President Iliana Chevres visited Toussaint L’Ouverture – Marquis de Lafayette School No. 6. The visit began in the café. We then had an opportunity to tour the school and classroom visits included an autism class, an art class, physical education class, bilingual class, a first grade class, third grade class, and an Algebra class. We showcased our Sensory Room enjoyed by many students daily. We all welcomed the opportunity to have a visit from such a dedicated Board of Education President whose support is always appreciated.
