Hamilton Preparatory Academy Annex National Junior Honor Society

On Thursday, March 23, the Alexander Hamilton Preparatory Academy Annex held its induction ceremony for its National Junior Honor Society.

Organized by NJHS advisor, David Ayd, the Hamilton Annex inducted 48 of its top students. School counselor, Ms. Briana Kane, served as host for the event. Students in this organization demonstrate excellence in scholarship, service, leadership, character and citizenship. This year reflects a high percentage of the student population and continues to celebrate student success.

Mr. George Mikros, Hamilton Principal, and Mr. Jacques Gonzales, Annex Vice Principal, both gave congratulatory messages to the student body. Our guest speaker, Board of Education Commissioner Maria Z. Carvalho, spoke to the students about academic success and the incredible accomplishment that this is.
