Elmora School NO. 12 honored Black History Month

During the month of February, Elmora School NO. 12 honored Black History Month by continuing to focus on courage, acceptance, forgiveness, respect, and kindness. Teachers and students created an informative, educational, and enjoyable assembly that was presented on February 24th, highlighting African American history, culture and legacy through music, dance, and drama.

Black History Month is a time to rejoice, celebrate and thank African-Americans for giving us hope, empowering us to have faith for equality and justice for all.

Thank you Ms. Noel, chairperson, Ms. Monteiro, Co-Chairperson and Dr. Kroik, Music Director for their outstanding work in creating such a wonderful program showcasing our students.

Thank you to the entire School 12 community, parents, and honored guests for your continuous support!
