• Directions To Hamilton Main

     

     

    PARKWAY (NORTH):

    Exit 137 - at the end of the ramp, make a left (at the light) onto Westfield Avenue (Rt. 28 East). Continue on Westfield Avenue. Hamilton M.S. will be on your left, at the 12th light (Corner of Westfield Avenue and Cherry Street). The entrance is the last set of doors on Cherry Street.

     

    PARKWAY (SOUTH):

    Exit 140A to 82 East (Morris Avenue) - take Morris Avenue until you pass Kean University (North Avenue light). Make a right at the 3rd light onto Westfield Avenue. Hamilton Middle School is on the corner of Westfield Avenue and Cherry Street. The entrance is the last set of doors on Cherry Street.

     

    RT. 1 & 9 (NORTH):

    Make a right at the Bayway Circle onto Bayway Avenue (follow signs for Goethals Bridge/439 South). At the 2nd light, make a left onto S. Broad Street. Cross over Rt. 1 & 9. Continue on S. Broad Street until you pass under the arches (train tracks). At the 1st light, make a left onto Westfield Avenue (Landmarks: Post Office and bank). Hamilton M.S. is at the 2nd light, on the right (corner of Westfield Avenue and Cherry Street). The entrance is the last set of doors on Cherry Street.

     

    RT. 1 & 9 (SOUTH):

    After passing North Avenue (Landmark: Queen Elizabeth Diner), make a right a the 9th light onto S. Broad Street. Continue on S. Broad Street until you pass under the arches (train tracks). At the 1st light, make a left onto Westfield Avenue (Landmarks: Post Office and bank). Hamilton M.S. is at the 2nd light on the right (corner of Westfield Avenue and Cherry Street). The entrance is the last set of doors on Cherry Street.

     

    TURNPIKE:

    Exit 13 - follow signs for Rt. 1&9 N./439/Elizabeth. Go through the light at the end of the ramp onto Bayway Avenue (439 North). Once on Bayway Avenue, make a right at the 3rd light onto S. Broad Street. Cross over Rt. 1 & 9. Continue on S. Broad Street until you pass under the arches (train tracks). At the 1st light, make a left onto Westfield Avenue (Landmarks: Post Office and bank). Hamilton M.S. is at the 2nd light on the right (corner of Westfield Avenue and Cherry Street). The entrance is the last set of doors on Cherry Street.

     

    MORRIS AVENUE (RT. 82):

    Travel on Morris Avenue (Rt. 82 East) - take Morris Avenue until you pass Kean University (North Avenue light). Make a right at the 3rd light onto Westfield Avenue. Hamilton Middle School is on the corner of Westfield Avenue and Cherry Street. The entrance is the last set of doors on Cherry Street.

     

    Directions to Hamilton Annex

     

     

    PARKWAY (NORTH):

    Exit 137 - at the end of the ramp, make a left (at the light) onto Westfield Avenue (Rt. 28 East).  Start counting lights after you pass Burger King, on the right.  Make a left at the 8th light onto Elmora Avenue  (Landmark: White Castle).  Continue on Elmora Avenue  (Elmora Avenue turns into North Avenue).  Continue on North Avenue for 4 lights (South Broad Street) take a left onto Broad Street.  After you take the left onto Broad Street Hamilton Annex will be up the road on your right hand side.

     

    PARKWAY (SOUTH):

    Exit 140A to 82 East (Morris Avenue) - stay on Morris Avenue until you come to the light at the end of Kean University (North Avenue).  Make a left at this light onto North Avenue.  Continue on North Avenue for 4 lights (South Broad Street) take a left onto Broad Street.  After you take the left onto Broad Street Hamilton Annex will be up the road on your right hand side.

     

    RT. 1 & 9 (NORTH):

    Take the North Avenue U-turn (jug handle) and cross over Rt. 1 & 9 onto North Avenue.  Continue on North Avenue until you cross over Newark Avenue (6th light, not counting the Rt. 1 & 9 light).  Continue on North Avenue to the next light which is Broad Street.   At Broad Street you are going to make a right after you take the right onto Broad Street Hamilton Annex will be up the road on your right hand side.

     

    RT. 1 & 9 (SOUTH):

    Make a right onto North Avenue.  Continue on North Avenue until you cross over Newark Avenue (6th light, not counting the Rt. 1 & 9 light).  Continue on North Avenue to the next light which is Broad Street.   At Broad Street you are going to make a right after you take the right onto Broad Street Hamilton Annex will be up the road on your right hand side.

     

    TURNPIKE:

    Exit 13A (Newark Airport/Elizabeth Seaport) - follow signs for North Avenue (West).  Go through the 1st light and bear to the right at the fork in the road (follow signs for “West”).  Cross over Rt. 1 & 9 onto North Avenue.  Continue on North Avenue until you cross over Newark Avenue (6th light, not counting the Rt. 1 & 9 light).  Continue on North Avenue to the next light which is Broad Street.   At Broad Street you are going to make a right after you take the right onto Broad Street Hamilton Annex will be up the road on your right hand side. 

     

    MORRIS AVENUE (RT. 82):

    Travel on Morris Avenue (Rt. 82 East) until you come to the light at the end of Kean University (North Avenue).  Make a left at this light onto North Avenue.  Stay on North Avenue until you pass the 4th light (N. Broad Street) take a left onto Broad Street.  After you take the left onto Broad Street School 29 will be up the road on your right hand side.
