Thank you American Heart Association, The Gateway Foundation, YMCA-Shaping Elizabeth and the Elizabeth Public Schools for giving our scholars the opportunity to participate in the heART of Healthy Cooking partnership with the students of Edison Academy Culinary program. Further gratitude to EBOE President Maria Carvalho, Taneka Bowles, NFL Play 60, and Katie Crimmins, Health Corp and Dr. Oz for judging the food competition. Our families enjoyed an evening of healthy food and our scholars flourished in the Top Chef competition.
