• This is a message from your Elizabeth Public Schools.

    The Elizabeth Police Department has informed the school district that Schools 1, 8, 9, 13, 20, and 52 are cleared to end their lockdown procedure and resume normal school activities. While the parent-teacher conferences at these schools remained cancelled, the affected schools have been permitted to resume with any activities that were scheduled for this evening. You may check with your respective school to confirm any activities taking place this evening.

  • Board Meeting March 15, 2018

    At the Elizabeth Board of Education meeting of March 15 J. Christian Bollwage Finance Academy, the meeting opened with the William F. Halloran School No. 22 Jazz Band performing “Manteca” by Dizzy Gillespie and “Jive Samba” by Nat Adderley followed by a soft shoe Feis dance performed by Victor Mravlag School No. 21 first grade student Lucy Sneddon to “Siamsa” by Ronan Hardiman.

  • A Taste of Ireland @ Dunn Academy

    On March 15, 2018 The Jerome Dunn Academy staff and scholars were treated to “A Taste of Ireland.” We were honored to have Mr. Glackin walk throughout our hallways playing his bagpipe. Scholars and staff members were very excited to have this opportunity to experience some Irish culture.
