On Thursday April 11, 2024, Elizabeth Board of Education President Charlene Barthelus Dorgely and Elizabeth Board of Education Member Stephanie Goncalves Pestana made a special trip to Joseph Battin School No. 4 Annex.

They both took the time out of their busy schedules to read to the students at 4 Annex and raise awareness for Autism. They toured the building and read to 4 classes!! Students enjoyed the books and having special guest readers. Everyone had a great time!
