Elizabeth Public Schools celebrated the John E. Dwyer Technology Academy graduating Class of 2024 commencement and class awards ceremony at the Thomas G. Dunn Sports Center on June 24. Among the speakers at the ceremony were Elizabeth Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, Elizabeth Board of Education President Charlene Bathelus, Board Vice President Stanley Neron, EPS Superintendent Dr. Olga Hugelmeyer, EPS Assistant Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Cedeño, Dwyer Technology Academy Principal Sulisnet Jimenez, Dwyer Technology Academy Bilingual Social Studies Teacher Edwige Nonez, class valedictorian Alondra Rashel Calva Giron, and class salutatorian Kevin Gergely.
