NJSP Coat Drive

New Jersey State Troopers distributed 450 coats to students of Elizabeth Public Schools during their annual coat drive on Feb 15th & Feb 19th.

The donation, collection, and distribution of coats to Elizabeth Public Schools students was made possible through tremendous assistance and collaboration with Elizabeth Public Schools team members and other community organizations including Hispanic Law Enforcement Association of Union County (HLEAUC), Wakefern, Pepsi, Adelante, Notre Dame Club of Central Jersey, Cuban Lions, Fajardo Realty, Elizabeth PBA, Elizabeth Fire, NJLATS, Elizabeth Board of Education, Macy’s (Woodbridge Mall).

The annual community outreach event is reflective of the efforts troopers make throughout the year to have a significant and memorable impact on the communities they serve.

Once again, the heartfelt generosity of the New Jersey State Troopers and their partners will help ensure Elizabeth Public Schools students stay warm during this especially cold winter season.
