Elizabeth Public Schools celebrated the Elizabeth High School - Frank J. Cicarell Academy graduating Class of 2025 commencement and class awards ceremony at the Thomas G. Dunn Sports Center on June 25. Among the speakers at the ceremony were Elizabeth City Council President Carlos Cedeño, Elizabeth Board of Education President Stanley J. Neron, EPS Superintendent Dr. Olga Hugelmeyer, EPS Assistant Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Cedeño, EHS-FJC Principal Michael Cummings, EHS-FJC Mathematics Teacher Michelle Nam, EHS-FJC Guidance Counselors Rosaria Scaff, Erica Forbes, and Sheenaider Guillaume, EHS-FJC class valedictorian Sebastian Sicua Villa, EHS-FJC class salutatorian Laura Chavarro, and EHS-FJC Student Representative to the EBOE Emely Madai Herrera.
