Elizabeth Public Schools celebrated the Thomas Jefferson Arts Academy graduating Class of 2025 commencement and class awards ceremony at the Thomas G. Dunn Sports Center on June 24. Among the speakers and attendees at the ceremony were Elizabeth Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, Elizabeth Board of Education President Stanley J. Neron, EPS Superintendent Dr. Olga Hugelmeyer, EPS Assistant Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Cedeño, Jefferson Arts Academy Principal Dr. Mona Wanis, Jefferson Arts Academy alumnus David Paul, Jefferson Arts Academy Senior Class Advisor and Television Production Teacher Mary Rivera, Jefferson Arts Academy class valedictorian Anthony Ruiz, Jefferson Arts Academy class salutatorian Lesley Arenas, and Jefferson Arts Academy Student Representative to the EBOE Marsida Bila.
