Registration is required to make an appointment for testing, which can be done on the LHI website at www.lhi.care/covidtesting. You may register by using your child’s ipad or laptop. Anyone who meets the testing criteria can register and be tested at the testing site, including uninsured, underinsured, undocumented and homeless individuals. OptumServe will generate a unique identification number to track their test results.
When going for testing, please bring a valid photo ID or another method of proving your address, such as a utility bill. There is no charge for testing. However, if you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card.
Nurses will be onsite at the Dunn Sports Center to assist with the COVID-19 testing and translators will also be available.
If you have questions or need assistance with registration, please contact 908-436-6131. As a reminder, we have many resources and information related to COVID-19 at www.epsnj.org.
