Newly appointed Assistant Commissioner of the Division of Field Services from the New Jersey Department of Education, Dr. Jorden Schiff, along with Union County Superintendent Daryl Palmieri, County Education Specialist at New Jersey Department of Education Maria Mendez, and County Supervisor of Child Study Tania Mongioi, visited Dr. Albert Einstein Academy School No. 29 and Chessie Dentley Roberts Academy School No. 30 to visit Elizabeth Public Schools’ summer programs. The first stop was at School No. 29 where the group observed the Transition Program For Ells In K-1 and ESL Enrichment programs, followed by a trip to School No. 30 to visit the Special Education and Related Services Extended School Year (ESY).

Leavitt; Supervisor of Bilingual & ESL (Grades 6-12) Rebecca Orellana; Supervisors of Special Services Nancy Morales-Frigoletto, José Rodriguez, and Thelusma Cadet; and Principals Maria Labrador (School No. 29) and Arlene Campbell (School No. 30).
