Tea-Time with Grandparents

On August 3, 1978, President Jimmy Carter signed a proclamation to honor grandparents with a National Grandparents’ Day. This special day is celebrated in the month of September. John Marshall School No. 20’s community honored grandparents by hosting a tea party with their grandchildren.
