Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we complete these last few weeks of school for the 2021-2022 school year, we do so while also planning for the 2022-2023 school year. At the center of our planning for next year is the long-term status of Joseph Battin School No. 4 and the School No. 4 learning community.
The logistics of moving an entire school population during the final month of the school year proved to be a a very challenging experience for our district and especially for the students, families, and team members of the School No. 4 community. I truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and support as we worked to ensure that all School 4 students would be able to receive in-person education for the remainder of the school year and receive necessary transportation accommodations.
As we look forward to the 2022-2023, I wanted to invite you, the families of Joseph Battin School No. 4, to a virtual meeting during which I will discuss the upcoming school year as it relates to the School No. 4 learning community. I will conduct two meetings on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 6:00 pm (English) and at 7:00 pm (Spanish). You may access the meetings by going to the following links:
