Dear Elizabeth Public Schools Families:
With a potentially significant snow storm predicted for this evening, Wednesday, December 16, into tomorrow, Thursday, December 17, please be advised that virtual learning will take place on Thursday as regularly scheduled.
All PK-12 students should be prepared to participate in online classroom instruction as they would normally. Afternoon support services have been suspended. Special Education students with related services will continue as scheduled.
In preparation for any potential power outage or loss of internet connectivity preventing our teachers from connecting to their students, assignments have been posted as follows:
Pk: Please refer to the communication from the Division Early Childhood Education.
K-3: TEAMS and/or email
4-12: TEAMS, Unified Classroom and/or email
Students without access to the internet due to a power outage will be provided a reasonable amount of time to complete lessons or assignments.
Please be safe and take necessary precautions for what may be a major weather event.
Thank you for your cooperation and support.
Sincerely,
Olga Hugelmeyer
