Dwyer Students Excel at Special Olympics Area 5 Sectional Bowling Competition
Three John E. Dwyer Technology Academy students earned medals at the Special Olympics Area 5 sectional bowling competition on February 23 at Strathmore Lanes in Matawan, NJ.
Students from Union and Middlesex counties participated in the competition with the following results for Dwyer Technology Academy students:
Senior Chantelisa Mills (2nd Place- silver) finished in the top two places of the sectionals, making her eligible to compete at the 2019 Spring Games which will take place at Bowlero North Brunswick on March 23-24. Junior Luisa Felix Sanchez and senior Gilberto Saucedo both finished in third place, receiving a bronze medal.
