Frank Ciccarel Service Center Temporarily Closed Click Here For More Details
Please be advised that our Frank Ciccarel Service Center Located at 27 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard is currently closed and is projected to be back in operation on January 29th. Our Elizabeth Public Schools Service Center Hardware Department located at 600 Peral Street continues to operate Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM.

EPS AD Ben Candelino Inducted to NJSCA Hall of Fame
Elizabeth Public Schools athletic director Ben Candelino was one of 33 coaches inducted to the New Jersey Scholastic Coaches Association (NJSCA) Coaches Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2020 in a virtual ceremony held on January 10.

EBOE Selects Jerry Jacobs as President, Rosa E. Moreno Ortega as Vice President at Reorganization Meeting
New Board President Jacobs shared how proud he is to be given the opportunity to serve his community and its children and knows the challenges ahead may be the greatest of our lifetime but that hope and change are on the horizon. He later stated that returning students safely to their classrooms is the number one priority. Board President Jacobs thanked the citizens of Elizabeth for their support and promised to do everything in his power and work as hard as he can for every child, for every parent, for every staff member, and for every citizen of our great city. Finally, in recognizing he owed a debt to the people before him, he thanked the members of his family, his Board colleagues, the district administration, elected officials, friends, and volunteers for all their support.

Update to the Elizabeth Public School’s High School Graduation Requirements (Policy 6146) Effective September 1, 2020
All students will receive an orientation on the revised changes to the district graduation requirements from their School’s Administrators and School Counselors between November 24th and December 2nd.
