Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) - Device Parent Certification 2021-2022

Dear Parent/Guardian 
We ask that you thoroughly read and submit the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) - Device Parent Certification 2021-2022 Form found under your PowerSchool Parent portal account forms section.

In addition, please make sure to submit any other forms listed that need to be filled out.

Parents are now able to submit forms using their PowerSchool Parent Portal App by following these steps:

 

 

1. If you have more than one child, tap the circle on the top right with the child's initials to get to the list of your children, then select the child you would like to fill a form for.
2. Click on the More option (3 lines) found on the bottom right.
3. Click on the Forms Link found on the top left.
4. Click the name of the form to fill out.
